Writing

Beginning in 2004 I took a number of writing classes at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education and spent 3 summers at a week-long Women’s Writing Retreat in the Adirondacks. I enjoyed classes in Haiku, poetry, storytelling, short short fiction and personal essay.  Probably the biggest challenge was to create a short short story (750 words or less) every week for 10 weeks!
