Rodger and I found a week in the middle of March to escape to our favorite haunts in Florida and to use up the last day on our 4-Day Lifetime Pass (bought 20 years ago!) at the Animal Kingdom in Disney World. We were not disappointed! Time was also spent with friends in Clearwater and then in Sarasota where we stayed with Peter and Pamela, residents of the beautiful Pelican Cove condo development. We took our first trip on Peter’s new motor boat out to Turtle Beach on Siesta Key and visited with other friends living in the beautiful environs of the cove. Not the warmest weather we’ve had in Florida, but it beats Boston!
